How to Join Infusion Oceania

General:
To become a Infusion Clan Member you must submit an application (template below) to join the Clan. An Administrator must then sponsor your application, followed by a 1-week 'Yes / No' poll. Members of Infusion will vote accordingly; final result will be announced at the end of poll period. You will be required to interact will the clan / community via our Forums, Steam, and on Skype. This way our clan members will get to know you, potentially increasing your chances of becoming a member of Infusion. If you don't have Skype installed on your PC, you can download the latest version from here: http://www.skype.com/en/download-skype/skype-for-computer/

Application Process:
1. Create a application (further directions below)
2. Once your application has been submitted, an Admin must sponsor your app for the process to proceed
3. If/when sponsored, a 1-week poll will commence
4. Each member of Infusion will keep an eye on you and vote accordingly (Approve / Disapprove)
5. You require at least 50% of the Clan's votes, which 50% of these must be in favour of 'Approve'
6. At the end of the poll period, the Admins will review the application / yourself and confirm your approval or disapproval for becoming a member of Infusion.
7. If your poll does not achieve the necessary 50%, the Admins will discuss the results and make a final decision appropriately, relative to your appearance within our community.
8. If/when accepted into Infusion, WELCOME ABOARD! You will be granted membership privileges

Creating an Application:
This is best done by copying and pasting the application form into a new topic under "Applying for Infusion" on the home-page. Before creating an application, please make sure that you read and understand the Infusion Code of Conduct.

Code of Conduct:
Clan Members are expected to abide by this code of conduct at all times, failure to do so will result in your clan membership being revoked along with any associated privileges you may have enjoyed by being a clan member.

1. Infusion will treat each other with respect and courtesy. They will also be respectful and courteous to guests. A certain amount of inter-clan rivalry is to be expected however this must not be taken to extremes.
2. Infusion will act maturely and take the higher ground whenever possible.
3. Infusion will support their fellow clan members and back them up in times of difficulty, whether this is in game or in real life.
4. Hacking will not be tolerated in any form. This includes stealing or misusing other peoples accounts or the use of in-game hacks. Any clan member caught hacking will be kicked from the clan. Anyone previously caught hacking will not be allowed to join Infusion.
5. Demeaning comments regarding someone's racial background, sexuality or religious beliefs will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
6. Singling out and trolling of any individual will not be tolerated.
7. Infusion are innovative and are always looking for ways to improve and strengthen the clan.
8. Infusion members are expected to remain active in the the Clan.
9. The longest period of unexplained absence allowable is two weeks. If you intend to be absent for longer than two weeks, you must post on the forums stating the period of absence prior to going away.
10. Moderators and Administrators hold positions of power within Infusion. They are to be respected appropriately.
11. If selected to hold a Moderator or Administrator position, you are encouraged and expected to use your privileges as required.
12. Moderator and Administrator privileges are not to be used purely for your own benefit.

You must agree to be bound by this code of conduct should you be accepted into the Infusion Clan.
